• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
• Assist users with account setup, login issues, password resets, and profile updates
• Troubleshoot gameplay, technical, and platform-related concerns
• Handle billing questions, subscription inquiries, and refund requests
• Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate department
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Meet or exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, QA, and productivity targets)
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data and follow security protocols

• High school diploma or equivalent (College level preferred)
• At least 6 months of customer service experience (BPO experience preferred but not required)
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge
• Familiarity with online gaming platforms is an advantage
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays

• Passion for gaming or esports
• Experience supporting digital platforms or tech accounts
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
