What You’ll Do
1. Command the Digital Stage
■ Host 5 hours of daily live streams on TikTok and Shopee.
■ Drive sales conversions by highlighting product "must-haves" and key selling points.
■ Keep the energy high! Interact with viewers and build a loyal community in real-time.

2. Create Viral Content
■ Collaborate with our creative team to shoot 2–5 short video clips daily.
■ Follow scripts for product demos and lifestyle scenarios with natural, confident delivery.

3. Master the Craft
■ Arrive camera-ready (makeup/styling) and fully briefed on the day’s featured products.
■ Review live-stream data with the operations team to constantly level up your performance.

Who We’re Looking For
■ Camera-Ready: Presentable, confident, and energetic on-screen presence.
■ Natural Salesperson: You know how to handle objections and close a sale with a smile.
■ Resilient: Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure live environment.
■ Experience: Previous TikTok/Shopee live streaming experience is a major plus!

Work Culture & Schedule
■ Standard Shift: 8 hours per day (inclusive of live streaming, content creation, and prep).
■ Live Stream Hours: Standard 5 hours per day.
■ Reward for Extra Effort: We value your time—any live streaming exceeding the 5-hour mark is eligible for Overtime (OT) pay.
■ Collaborative Environment: If you finish your videos early, you’ll spend the remainder of your shift collaborating with the team in the office to prep for the next day's success.
