Role Overview
We are seeking high-energy, articulate, and detail-oriented Appointment Setters to join our Travel Club coordination team. In this role, you are not closing sales or collecting payments. Your primary focus is to identify qualified travelers, introduce them to exclusive travel incentives, and schedule them for a presentation tour at one of our 50+ partner destinations.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Outreach: Execute 150–200+ dials per day to prospective travelers.
Qualification: Use "The Bible" (our strict qualification framework) to verify eligibility regarding age, marital status, income, and previous travel history.
Incentive Presentation: Effectively communicate the value of travel certificates (e.g., 4-night hotel stays, airfare packages, and dining cards) to encourage attendance.
Scheduling: Manage real-time slot availability across various tour locations and book appointments accurately.
Consistency: Adhere strictly to word-for-word scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a QA score of 90% or higher by following all compliance and disclosure requirements.
Requirements
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (Spanish fluency is a significant plus).
Experience: Previous experience in BPO lead generation, appointment setting, or customer service is preferred.
Persistence: Ability to handle high-volume dialing and navigate common objections using professional rebuttals.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable working with CRM platforms and multi-line dialers.
Integrity: Must follow ethical "No-Call" protocols and compliance guidelines (strictly no "free vacation" or "no sales pitch" misrepresentations).
Performance Targets
Dials: 150–200 per day.
Qualified Conversations: 7–10 per day.
Bookings: 2–5 per day.
QA Standard: 85%–90%+.
