Mobile Gaming Support Specialist (Korean Bilingual)

• Provide customer support in Korean and English via chat, email, or ticketing systems
• Assist players with account recovery, payment issues, bugs, gameplay guidance, and technical troubleshooting
• Escalate complex technical issues to internal teams with clear documentation
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and response time targets
• Stay updated on game features, patches, and policies
• Identify recurring player issues and suggest improvements
   

• Fluent in Korean (읽기/쓰기/말하기) and proficient in English
• Experience in customer service, technical support, or gaming support is preferred
• Passion for mobile games and familiarity with game mechanics, in-app purchases, and player communities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
   

• Experience supporting mobile gaming accounts
• Familiarity with ticketing tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar
• Experience in live chat support
• Knowledge of gaming platforms and mobile OS troubleshooting
