Job Title: Operations Director - BPO (Pasig Site)
Location: Pasig, Philippines
Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee and lead our BPO site operations in Pasig. This role is pivotal in driving performance, optimizing processes, and fostering a high-performing culture to meet client expectations and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Strategy: Direct day-to-day operations and set strategic goals for the Pasig site in alignment with company objectives.
• Performance Management: Monitor and analyze KPIs to ensure client deliverables, quality, and efficiency metrics are consistently met.
• Process Optimization: Implement innovative solutions to streamline operations, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
• Team Development: Cultivate a collaborative work environment, foster talent, and mentor team leaders to promote high employee engagement and performance.
• Client Relations: Serve as the escalation point for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and managing expectations effectively.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to all local regulations and company standards, providing regular reports to the COO.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior operations role within the BPO sector.
• Strong understanding of BPO operations and performance metrics.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively and drive performance improvements.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Pasig.
