- Key Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through diverse channels, including phone, email, and social media, to introduce our innovative solutions and pinpoint key decision-makers within our target markets.
- Conduct thorough follow-ups and research to unearth potential leads, understanding their needs and how our solutions can resolve their pain points.
- Identify and engage with key influencers and decision-makers within potential client organizations, assessing their buying capacity and decision timelines.
- Partner with the COO to bolster the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of quarterly revenue targets.
- Maintain impeccable records in Salesforce.com, logging communications, ensuring data accuracy, and managing documents effectively.
- Deliver insightful reports and dashboards on sales pipeline activities.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A proven track record in telemarketing and/or inside sales, backed by 1-3 years of experience.
- Demonstrable expertise in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Exceptional client service and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ideally, some experience in selling telemarketing or IT/outsourcing solutions.
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.

- Lead Generation: Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

- Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, including pricing strategies, service descriptions, and value propositions, to prospective clients.

- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on key metrics and forecasts.
- Negotiation: Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company goals and profitability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Feedback & Improvement: Provide market feedback to the product development and operations teams to help refine service offerings and improve client solutions.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, opportunities, and outcomes. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [5+] years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the BPO industry.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
