Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Management: Configure, customize, and maintain the HubSpot CRM system to meet the needs of our sales operations.
- Data Quality: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the CRM by establishing best practices for data management and entry.
- Sales Support: Provide training and technical support to sales teams, addressing their CRM-related queries and optimizing their use of the system.
- Automation: Develop and manage automated workflows, sequences, and sales processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Integration: Work with IT and other departments to integrate HubSpot with other sales tools and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
- Reporting & Analysis: Create and manage dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, pipeline status, and other critical metrics. Provide actionable insights based on CRM data.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of CRM processes, configurations, and user guides.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for enhancing CRM processes, ensuring the system evolves with business needs and market changes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to data protection regulations and internal policies, particularly concerning client and sales data.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of [2-3] years of experience as a HubSpot Administrator or in a similar role.
- Skills: Proficient in HubSpot CRM with a thorough understanding of its capabilities and features.
- Technical: Knowledge of CRM integrations, data management, and automation tools.
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills to interpret CRM data and derive actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to train and support sales teams effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve CRM-related issues and implement effective solutions.
- Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in managing CRM data and configurations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- HubSpot certification(s) such as Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or CRM Implementation.
- Experience in a BPO or high-volume sales environment.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
